Detectives are investigating the suspicious death of a man who was found in Murrumba Downs yesterday.
The man, who has been identified as 41-year old Nathan Frazer, was found on Blyth Road near a service station with serious stab wounds.
Officers were called at 5.45am and he was he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police have launched Operation Quebec Amadeus and an investigation centre with local detectives being assisted by the Homicide Squad has been established at Petrie Police Station.
Investigations to date have established that 39-year-old man Lee Hillier (pictured) may be able to assist police with their enquiries.
Officers would like to advise members of the public not to approach the man if they see him but to contact police immediately.
Investigations are continuing.
