This morning hasn’t been too fun for those travelling along the M4 this morning… and well, it isn’t clearing up too soon.
Two of three eastbound lanes remain closed on the M4 Motorway at Colyton due to an over height truck damaging parts of the underside of the Bennett Road overpass.
Westbound lanes of the M4 Motorway remain open.
Emergency services along with RMS Bridge Engineers are on site continuing to assess and repair the damage.
There is no forecast as to when these lanes will reopen.
Motorists are advised to avoid non essential travel on the M4 and use the Great Western Highway or consider catching a T1 Western Line or Blue Mountains Line train instead.
Good luck out there fam.
